MixyPaws is devoted to providing New Yorkers with a full-service customer experience. Our dog walkers and cat sitters are hand-selected by our experienced management team and must pass our training course. Due to our industry-leading training, we refer to our walkers and sitters as pet care specialists. We only recruit candidates for pet care specialists who express lifelong love and respect for animals first and foremost. They must also have a track record of high performance, supported by several personal and professional references. Of course, we also background check each candidate before they are extended an offer to join our team to ensure the safety of our clients and their pets. We go the extra mile in every step of the interview process to be sure we find the very best.
Even with our pet care specialists in the City, occasional problems need to be solved. We have field managers ready to step in if a pet care specialist comes down with a last-minute illness or emergency and our office team, comprised of Brian, Alexa, Antonia, Krista, Lydia, and Megan allows us the flexibility to be sure we never miss a beat.
