Riverside Park: The UWS signature dog destination. Reference the dog runs at 72nd and 87th Streets, off-leash hours before 9am and after 9pm, and the river path for longer walks.
Central Park: West side entrances at 72nd, 79th, and 86th Street. Off-leash hours before 9am and after 9pm. The Great Lawn and Sheep Meadow for open runs.
Neighborhood streets: Riverside Drive and West End Avenue for quieter walks. Broadway and Amsterdam for more stimulating urban routes. Side streets in the 80s and 90s work well for reactive or senior dogs.
